By accessing or using our website www.pairofacesstables.com (the "Site") and our horse riding lessons and training services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or Services.
1. General Terms
1.1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms applicable to specific programs in which you may elect to participate.
1.2. Changes to Terms
Pair of Aces Stables Inc. reserves the right to change, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the terms on our website. Your continued use of our website and Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Services Provided
2.1. Services
Pair of Aces Stables Inc. offers horseback riding lessons, unmounted horsemanship lessons, training, and related activities. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
2.2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2.3. Booking and Payment
All bookings for horse riding lessons and training sessions must be made through our Site. Payment must be made at the time of service. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Single Sessions
Cancellations for single sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance, to be eligible of a reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit any fees paid.
3.2. Ongoing Academy Programs
Cancellation of ongoing academy programs requires a 30-day notice. Failure to provide 30 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid for that period.
3.3. Bad Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event Pair of Aces Stables cancels lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, students may reschedule the lesson at no additional cost.
4. User Conduct
4.1. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Using the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose.
Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
Interfering with or disrupting the Site or Services, or servers or networks connected to the Site or Services.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or Services, or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site or Services.
4.2. User Content
If you submit any content to our Site, including but not limited to reviews, comments, or photos ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pair of Aces Stables Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without our prior written permission.
6. Liability and Waiver
6.1. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Site or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6.2. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pair of Aces Stables Inc., its owners, employees, contractors or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use our Site or Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Site or Services; or (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site or Services by any third party.
6.3. Liability Release
You agree to hold harmless and release Pair of Aces Stables Inc., its owners, agents, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in our activities, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pair of Aces Stables Inc., its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

You agree to receive automated calls and texts from Pair of Aces Stables Inc. for informational and marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by following the instructions provided in the communication or by contacting us.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Site or Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.
